Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VoiceFirstPlanner, operated by DJR Enterprises Limited ("we", "us", "our"), including the website at voicefirstdayplanner.com and the web app at app.voicefirstdayplanner.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only subscribe to a paid plan with the permission of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you are able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. The Service and plans
VoiceFirstPlanner offers three tiers: Free, Premium (live), and Pro (coming soon). The Free plan includes limits (such as 5 daily tasks, 4 habits, 2 projects, and 1 device); Premium unlocks unlimited tasks, habits, and projects and up to 2 devices; Pro will add AI voice planning, calendar sync, real-time sync, and a voice focus timer when it launches. Features may change, improve, or be withdrawn over time.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current period. If we change prices, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to you.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any paid plan — Premium monthly, Premium annual, or the lifetime plan. After the first 14 days, you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again, but part-used periods are not refunded. These terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be excluded.
6. Your content
You own the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you add and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it unlawfully, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, reverse-engineering it, or reselling access without our permission.
8. Intellectual property
The VoiceFirstPlanner name, branding, software, and content (other than your own content) are owned by DJR Enterprises Limited and are protected by law. You may not use them without our permission.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJR Enterprises Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, your rights under that Act are unaffected.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. You may close your account at any time.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
