Pam’s Budget film shows a week of money as envelopes: what carried forward, what each line gets this week, what’s been spent, and what’s left. Each amount is said as it’s spent and comes up on a small sheet, and nothing is added until Add is tapped. On Sunday the week closes, and whatever is left carries forward.
It never connects to a bank, and never asks to. Her half-minute version passed 300 views in its first day on YouTube.
